saw another xj seca today in toronto

riding down bathurst st with the wife on our way to a cafe racer gtg, and i spotted a reallyy good looking red xj 550 rh in front of us.

i gave some funny sign language and he waved me up. turns out he recognised me from here. problem is my bike is so loud i couldn't make out his name.

anyway good to meet you. hopefully we can get a bunch of toronto xj's together some time

 

I live about an hour west of Toronto, It's nice to know that there are other XJ owners in the area, although i do see quite a bit of them around Cambridge. Too bad our weather sucks this year. Enjoy the sun when you can

Between the traffic and the fact that BOTH of our bikes are loud, (gotta love the 4-1 exhaust) I totally understand the lack of hearing.

I was going to try and follow you to the meet but I was stuck behind all those damn cagers... and I needed to get back home here to the east end.

Thanks for the comments on the bike. Really though, its nothing compared to yours. It looks 100 times better in person than online

The traffic on the 401 is a murder. I hate to drive the car on it and never take the bike. It is too dangerous, nobody cares about the drivers around them. And it seems like rush hour all the time.
