I am looking to do the Harley "upgrade" to my exhaust. I want something loud. Would I want to purchase some screaming eagle mufflers or the stock ones that guys take off their harleys? Thanks!

i actuly judt put screaming eagles on last week they were realy loud, i welded a plate at the end of each baffle at the end of the muffler and kept only a half of an inch exposed, its the nicest sound i have ever heard on a bike. deep loud but not so loud its annoying.

If you get a photobucket account, you can paste the photos from there. Not the easiest but if you have an account it is not bad. You have to paste the HTML code in this message box

i cut those brackets off of the screaming eagles. then i cut the brackets off of the stock mufflers and welded them in place, i also use i think a strait peice of 1 1/2 pipe from the local car parts place to move the mufflers back a little further to profile them a little better also ther is a pic of the shift light i installed too, i love that thing
