Is Shell Rotella T motor oil the same as the old designation Shell Rotella oil as far as using it in a motorcycle? Perhaps the "T" is just an add on to help sell the product. Your comments please.

"T" for truck, as in SEMI - - it has anti-wear additives that would supposedly cushion our cams/shims, and tranny gears.
And it's cheap enough to change often.

Anyone notice any clutch slip with Rotella?

Could be my clutch or springs, but when run with 20w50 Castrol I didn't notice anything but with the Rotella the clutch slips around red line. Have to change back once spring hits and see what happens.
