Shifter cover oil seal removal

    So, in having an insanely difficult time removing this tiny o-ring/seal that apparently has metal inside of it. I bought I replacement but cannot for the life of me remove this one. I've been going at it with needle nose pliers for 20 minutes now.

    Edit: Solved!!! Holy cow that thing was so hard to remove!

    Supposed to be..... Makes it hard for the oil to get out

    Well, I can certainly say that it was one of the more frustrating things I've had to deal with! Guess that means I'm pretty lucky so far...
