    You can't get any stiffer than solid bar stock. J/K :lol:

    The progressive shocks are highly recommended by those in the know.

    When you replace the shocks is there anything else i should check out?

    And do i have to order the springs to or do they come with?

    Check the swingarm bearings for side-play or roughness;

    Whether or not the shocks come with springs or they are ordered separately depends on which shocks you buy, even within Progressive's product range.
