Is there a way to repair solenoids?
Bought 3 China solenoids, 1 bad right out of the box, the 2nd got one start then went bad, on the 3rd one now.
Maybe I have an issue that's causing the solenoids to go bad?

So, it now looks like I have a starter cable problem. Shook the starter-to-solenoid wire and it started.

solenoids are generaly not rebuildable but it cann be done, solenoids are cheap why waste your time.
starter cable is jusy a wire with connectors at each end could be a loose connector
is the wire loose at the solenoid? could be loose at the starter or the insulation on the starter bolt is failing or internal it is loose
you may want to open the starter and see whats going on inside rebuild kits run 17 to 25 bucks

if starter is drawing high amps it could cause the contacts to burn up in the solenoid.
do a voltage drop test when you start the bike.
meter to battery press starter button how low does it drop? should stay above 10 volts.
your bike starts so I would look at the connectors and connections then inside of the starter

how much didnt you save going for a china part?
