someone make me an offer (sick of it)

i currentle have a 81 maxim 550 that has been stripped down and almost put back together all rust was removed from the fame and then it was repainted. all parts were cleaned before being put back on except the exhaust. the engine runs but has a spot on what i believe is the crank case where it was welded the starter was rebuilt by a professional. the carbs will need to be cleaned. i am missing an exhaust nut ring also i was going to put on a solo seat so there is a bracket for the stock seat that has been cut off the frame (i still have it maybe it could be tack welded?) i do have a stock seat but it will need to be recovered. i also have new chrome mirrors new chrome and rubber handlegrips, a solo seat and a triumph pillion seat. the master cylinder will have to be rebuilt or replaced

extra stuff:
a 4 into one exhaust with all exhaust nut rings on it (dirty)
spare frame with forks and both wheels
black plastic mirrors
spare master cylinder
handlebars
headlight and bucket
wiring harness
other assorted parts

 

i also need to mention that when i turn the bike's electrical stuff on
the blinkers do not blink and the headlight is out
