    In NY if you take your bike test on "Anything other then a 2 wheeled vehicle" your license is only good for that type of vehicle.
    ie you take your test on a trike you are only licensed for a trike.
    Kind of the same.

    Hey Hound.

    Where is Scotia, NY?

    I was born in Canton, which is about 50 or so miles up hwy 11 from Watertown. Lived there from 1958 to 1961. I still have relatives all over that area.

    Since 1961, I have resided in Moncks Corner, SC, which is about 30 miles west of Charleston.

    Got some curves, but really no hills around here to ride.

    It's just west of Schenectady about 200 miles from canton.
    My uncle lives in watertown, I spent some time in Fort Drum working when I was a kid.
