I had a bad resistor in one of the sparkplug caps, it wasn't passing any current. Did you remove the sparkplug cap from the wire (it unscrews) and try an ohm meter on it? Mine was open circuit.

I ended up replacing all the sparkplug caps, bike ran better.

A few more specifics would help. Is it all the plugs? Is it something that suddenly happened or did it occur after some other maintenance?

The safety circuit can shutdown spark be disabling the TCI, but this will cause no spark on all 4 cylinders. It is easy to temporarily defeat the safety circuit by removing the side stand relay or unplugging the bullet connector with the B/W wire that goes to the TCI.
