speedometer issue

    Hey guys, I just replaced my speedo cable and it "zeros" around the 20mph line. The female end of the speedo was actually rusted and seized, which caused the cable to snap. Now its unseized with a new cable, it operates like you would expect but only returns to the 20 mark when stopped.

    any Ideas?
