I just cleaned the enrichment circuit on my carbs and sprayed out the carbs a little on my bike and now when i run it it sputters at about 5500 rpms. I didnt adjust anything. What is the issue?

Welcome Zvede, when you cleaned the enrichment circuit did you remove the float bowels & get a pray of carb cleaner to shoot out of the holes in the bowl? Sputtering could be due to mixture screw adjustment. If you haven't done it already, you need to turn the screw on each carb to bottom, not tight just till you feel tension. Then back them out 2 1/2 turns. Fire it up & see where you are at.

Check out the FAQ forum there are some good threads on carbs, etc there.
    Good luck
    Gregg

More than likely you are going to need to go back into the carbs and clean them thoroughly this time. Cleaning the enrichment circuit and "sprayed out the carbs a little" probably won't cut it; likely you have dislodged some crud that has now become an obstruction.

Also be sure you didn't pinch any fuel or vacuum lines and that the carbs are all fully seated in the intake manifolds.
