Does stage three make a huge difference in power?

I've always wondered what "Stage 1" and "Stage 3" carb kits refer to, so here I am, interested in a reply.

The jet kits will really depend on your specific bike and your specific modifications done. In my opinion, there are only a couple of people on the forum here that could answer your question and even then, they will need to know much more information. Info such as:

What kind of bike are you riding?
    Does it already have jetting?
    Any air intake mods done?
    Any exhaust mods done?
    Any engine mods done?
Any other mods done - ignition for example.

There are just too many variables to really predict with certainty if the stage 3 will add power to YOUR bike. I know this doesn't help you much but if you track down the mods info, maybe someone here can answer your question.

    Good luck.
