    Hi Joyride2 - welcome to the forum.

    You should do a couple things so we can help you out.
    1. Put your location in your profile so we know where you are - sometimes there is someone REALLY close willing to help
    2. Tell us what kind of bike you have in your signature.

    Regarding your question - what are the conditions? Are you sure you are letting the bike warm up? Give us some history and walk us through up to the stall.
