    I'm after a starter motor for my 1981 XJ550. P/N is 4G0-81800-60-00, think it also interchanges with 3KM-81800-00-00. Happy to hear if it also interchanges with any others.

    i'm not 100% sure, but the auto electrician just said it was stuffed with no hope of reconditioning. I'm emailed Len, just though i'd poke around on here to see if anyone had a second hand one they might want to offload :)

    If you take a look in the how to section their is a starter rebuild thread. You can do the work yourself.
