Will seafoam work on sticky floats.
Two of the plugs were fouled badly and would not fire.
changed the plugs. Bike fired on all 4. Moments later
gas poured out of the air box. I am assuming the floats were/are stuck on the two carbs that had the fouled plugs. Will running Seafoam clear up
the problem or is there a better additive that can be used?

Nothing can replace taking the carbs arprt to clean and adjust them. Quick fixes and shortcuts with carbs will cause you more frustration.
Seafoam and other fuel treatments will help prevent problems like that in the future. No it won't fix your problems now.

"miracle in a bottle" does not equal unstuck floats.

not the answer I wanted to hear but knew I would get. Obviously better to pull the carbs off of the bike. Would it be easy/ok to do the carbs well on the bike.

There is no way to properly service carbs on the bike. You will have to take them off. Don't try shortcuts, take the main , pilot jets and idle mixture screws out. Blow the passages with carb cleaner and air. Biggest mistake people make is not cleaning everything really good. Serch the forums for carb cleaning tips .

Don't forget to check the valve adjustments while you are in there.
