    Hello all, when I was finishing up the valve adjustments and putting the valve cover back on I noticed that the on the left side, as sitting on the bike, the rear outside screw wasn't tightening, I think the PO started it and I unwittingly finished off the threads.

    Any suggestions on what to do, so that I can tighten it back up and stop the oil leaking from that area.

    Perfect job for a Helicoil. I believe the size for that bolt is 6mmX1. Can get them at any half way decent auto parts store.
