Hey all!! Thanks to all your help and my research, I wired in a fuse box from Chacal. Didn't take too long to wire it in. What took forever was trying to figure out what the PO had done. There are butt connectors spliced in and wires that go nowhere. I even had a plug that has two wires (green and Black) with a rectangular connector just sitting there; not connected to anything. I pulled it out and kept it. Anyways, with the fuse block in it seems my headlight is a little brighter and my bike fires up just a tad quicker :D . I even was able to get my turn signals working finally, yay! This was the success.

Now for the kind of part. I had a shop do some work on the carbs and fuel lines...I know, won't happen again lol. They replaced all the fuel lines, among a few other things, but I had to remove one and reroute it. I went to the store and smelled gas when I came out. The line I rerouted was leaking like a sieve! I kinda fixed it, got it home and looked at it some more. There were no clamps or anything to hold the fuel lines on?? Is this normal or should there be some kind of clamps on them? This is the line that connects right between the #3 and #4 carb. I cut off the end cause it looked kinda "swollen" and now it isn't leaking. Was just wondering if there should be clamps on them. Thanks guys.

Small clamps do belong on them. However, in a pinch, zip-ties will work.

Only if they're itty-bitty zip ties.

They are supposed to have wire-ring clamps on them:

Thanks guys. That's what i thought. I looked around the garage and don't have anymore. Another trip to Autozone. I'm going to reroute the fuel lines according to the diagram under the seat. Maybe that will help my #1 cylinder issue as well. One can only hope :)
