    Hey y'all.

So I swapped to euro bars on my Midnight 650 and I need advice on mirror/brackets.

Wondering what you guys (who swapped your buckhorns for lower bars on your Maxims) used for left side mirror bracket and right side mirror/master cylinder bracket so the mirrors would stick upright instead of curving inward. I'm wondering if the mirror and mirror/master cylinder brackets from a 550 or 650 Seca, Maxim X, or other lower handle bar type bike would work.

And, if so, does anybody have any good useable ones for sale?

I plan to continue to use my original black mirrors.

    Thanks.
    Rusty

any of the left side mirror brackets will work. Not sure on the masters as if i remember some of them have the outlet port in a different orientation that might require the brake line to have different clocking. Just make sure the new master has a 14mm bore and the outlet port in the same place (end or front)

As Polock said.. bar en mirrors.. It's a blessing!
    It makes the mirrors useful.
I've bought a lot of the cheap mirrors from china, works well and looks ok. Costs like $8-$10 with shipping..

Even with "flatter" mounting points, you may find yourself looking at your shoulders.

I highly recommend Napoleon BarEnz bar-end mirrors. They can be a tad difficult to track down, but well worth it.

I have bar end one, but not as nice as the ones above ^. Mine comes straight up off the bar end, and not forward like Fitzies' and I keep hitting it with my gloves and knocking it forward when reaching for the clutch.

Bigfitz, your bike looks stunning! Did you shorten the front fender?

    NEVER! Completely stock bodywork.

Obvious mods include fork boots, front disc, low bars with bar end mirrors and the sport rack, turn signals, the seat, plus a lot of stuff black that wasn't originally black.
