    Hello,

So I recently picked up a 82 Seca550 and at the moment the clutch lever has lots of play in it, which i think was cause by a drop and the brake lever is very stiff and it's hard to engage into the front brakes. I sort of think that the bolt that holds down the brake lever is some random bolt they put in because they lost the original.

So I was wonder which bikes I could swap out the parts with? I was thinking of switching out the whole brake lever unit, including the master cylinder.

I am looking for original units but they seems to be pretty hard to come by. Any suggestions?

Original units shouldn't be hard to come by at all on eBay. The 550s, both Maxim and Seca, used the same part for all three model years; it was also used on the '82 Vision and the XS400 Maxim/Seca, 82-83.
