I purchased my first street bike in 1981 it was a brand new XJ750RH I added a after market header and was thrilled with the performance of that bike. Sadley I sold that bike a couple of years later. Fast forward 30 years I purchased (Stole for $300) a 1981 XJ750RH that was in very good condition but desperatley in need of some love and attention. Thank God for XJBikes! I am in the process of going through the carbs and this site has been a tremendous resource. I have a long way to go before I can get this on the road but I now have a resource to help me along the way.

Welcome ţo the forum. It doesnt matter how many bikes someone has built/restored/resurected, when you find a forum as rich in experience and talent as this one is, it sure makes the process that much easier. It was that way for me getting my turbo into what it is today.
    Congrats on your bike!
