    Seriously. I can't even.

My regular bike is out of commission again, got rearended on the highway. So I go back to the project.

So, this FJ600. Needle valves leaked, got new ones. Switched between leaking and running on choke only.

The only thing I did not take out was the mixture screws. Figured some dirt is stuck there. Three came out. One was stripped from factory, no slot. Started drilling out. Lefthanded bit broke in the screw.

    Ugh.

Light at the end of the tunnel. Got half of the broken bit out. With heat and a sharp tool might get the rest.

The screws I got out are whistle-clean though. I think the problem might be elsewhere. Shaft seals leaning out the mixture, maybe. Oh, well. Back to the workbench.
