Yeah, so, anyone got a spare for a Max-x? While trying to reinsert the first one, after replacing the throttle shaft seals, I buggered it. It's all kind of mangled.

While on the topic, does anyone have any advice for getting those plates back into the slot in the throttle shaft smoothly? I couldn't get it to line up screw hole to screw hole and that's how the first one got messed up.

    Thanks in advance...

I got one from chacal. You should probably get new screws for them as well if you haven't already.

Tilt the throttle shaft so the top of the butterfly goes in the throttle body first, then it should line right up. Make sure the orientation of the butterfly is correct as the edges are beveled to the throttle body.

    Yeah, I got new screws.

Hit up Chacal, hopefully he's got one (or more) laying around. I searched all over Fleabay and couldn't find one...
