    Whats with these throttle cables???
This is the 2nd time in 2 yrs I have had to reroute my cable because it has snapped.
Do you know how embarrasing it is to cruise all the way across town and maybe even a lil more with a pair of freakin VICE GRIPS in your right hand either between you right leg and the gas tank or in your right hsnd pullin out behind your right knee. Man What a ride that is...
I need a good quality STRONG cable to replace these old crappy thin weak cables!!!
Any suggestions? Are there good aftermarket ones or are they all the same?
If they are all the same maybe I should buy in bulk!!!

I'd reccomend, keeping them lubed and cleaned. How often do you take your cable off and lube it properly? I have never had a problem with any cables on any of my bikes

How about a brand new OEM cable from XJ4Ever; then be sure to lube it properly before installing it.

I HAVE HAD problems with aftermarket (clutch) cables, but not with OEM Yamaha cables.
