Beautiful rockets they were too. I used to run my 83 VF750F down that road after work. Sigh, I miss my 84 GPz 750 A1. Bitchin' machine I pulled out of a towing yard beat up. Stripped and rebuilt the suspension, painted the frame, welded up the tank (seem to crack in the back for some reason), the list goes on. Idiot me traded it for a lemon '90 VW Passat w/ automatic. Woe, nashing of teeth, pulling of hair. What a waste.

yeah those gpz seven fivers were awesome! especially the turbo. A buddy of mine has one in prestine cond. the 900 ninja was a very sweet bike too! Come to think of it... their were so many awesome and charismatic 80's bikes. Something I feel a lot of todays bikes lack.
