    is there a way i can either refurb or replace my triple trees at a low cost

    and what all need to be done to refurb my forks the seals look good but i would like to replace them regardless.

    Clean and repaint them is the cheapest option. A can of paint is only a few bucks. If yours are dammaged them replacement is necessary. Used ones are available and will also need painting. Replace of repack the bearings and they will be as good as new.

    Get a manual. Both the factory and Haynes cover fork seal replacement.

    If you're going to tear the forks apart as far as to pull the steering neck apart, replace the individual ball-and-race bearings with some nice tapered roller bearings.
