    Hi all xj fans,
As a new member, let me shortly introduce myself:I am the owner of a 1983 xj650 turbo for allmost 15 years.Im living in the north of the Netherlands (Europe).
Is there anyone who can tell me about the v seals from the mikuni bs 30 carburetors:should you put new ones in when there are no problems at this moment.I will change all o rings from the carburetors anyway because there are some problems;leaking fuel.

    regards

    Welcome to the site !!
We have a parts vendor here named Chacal - - XJ4EVER
He has all these hard to find parts.

The idea is, if you have them apart anyway, and want to never worry about them again, then replace them.
If you plan on selling the bike soon, then don't bother fixing something that aint broke. It's your call.

    Hi TIMEtoRIDE,
    thanks for your information!
it seems easier than i suspected,to get spareparts which are no longer sold by the Yamaha dealers.Although its seems that muflers and headerpipes are out of stock even on ebay etc.

    kind
    regards,
