thanks guys hope the intake manifold works lol plenum is big for this engine hoping for the smaller turbo this year to take up the plenum volume lol

Very nice welds. I can't wait to see more. You need to make a video when it is complete.

Is it just the pic or is there a pin hole in the seam weld between cylinders 2&3? You'll need to make sure there aren't any leaks in that manifold or you'll have problems.

Amazing work, off topic can i asked about your instrument cluster. What are you using? Looks like something modern off a R6 or close to it? Do you have details on that, how it works and what works???

That's a koso cluster there universal cluster it has everything from shift light to fuel gauge but the things that work on mine are rpm/mph/water temp/oil temp/shift light I think that's it but it does alot more I paid I want to say 310$ shipped for it

This is a 13b turbo this year witch has a 5cm exhaust housing witch is I think is a 41 a/r but a way smaller turbine wheel from my 14b last year with a 7cm housing 49 a/r last years spool times sucked way to big of a turbine and housing and also the turbo manifold last year was 1 1/4 and this year I've made a 1" sch 10 stainless manifold witch the inside is .957 in size so that will up volosity pressure inside the manifold and help spool times.

Last year I ran 9psi and seen maybe 5psi in 1st and full boost in rest of the gears. I need to get my go-pro vids from last year at the track up so u guys can see it go

interested in the vids for sure. how quick was it?

also, one other thing... Can the front forks compress all the way without the wheel hitting the turbo or the intercooler?

and why did you go from individual throttle body to a single plenum? what TB is that from?

ive compressed the shocks as far as i can while riding and doesnt hit anything
the throttle body deal is that i didnt really like all that crap shoved in that tight spot looked like crap and plus ive had this idea since i built it so i said hell with it lol and i do alot of honda automotive work so i used a b-series throttle body its 60mm

What was your best time? I watched your YouTube vid & it looks like you took the hayabusa out on the start. Did you end up beating him? Do you think you bike can break into the 10's? I'm Thinking about going the turbo route with a 900 & wondering what percentage hp gain I could get with it?

skylrk62 you asked how fast its gone last year i rand 1/8th mile only and first time ever lunching a bike on the track and rand a 7.8@92mph but it wasnt intercooled so by the time it hit 3 to 4 gear it was heat soaked this year the bike just keeps pulling in any gear because of the intercooler funny thing is it actually cools the engine temps down when i beat on it lol

also the busa came around me at the end he won

Since the day I first owned my 83 turbo seca I dreamed about pumping it up some. I still wonder about a 650 maxim frame with a 900 seca motor turbocharged. I see a lot of turbo parts on ebay now and wonder just how easy it could be done now, except for the lack of 900 motors. Nice job on the welding and the creativity! Didn't see, but did you do a chain drive conversion on it?
