I'am new here and at this forum stuff so here it goes.

I have adjusted all the vavles to spec, I have used the colortune plugs to set the idle/air mix and have used the YICS port blocking tool and the morgan carbtune to sync the carbs... the bike runs better than it has in years but..... I have developed a valve clatter in the 1800 to 3000 rpm range. Any ideas or help here would be welcome.

Do a manual reset of the Timing Chain Tensioner.
That might take-out a little bit of the noise.

Then, if the Valves are checked and in specs ... ride it!
    Some noises are good noises.

Valves shutting because they are not too tight ... good!
