Hello from Quebec Canada!! I have the Haynes workshop manual and in the valve adjustment section they have 2 clearance chart, one for the XJ650UK and XJ650J, and one for all models. Is it an error of printing because everywhere else in the book the UK model is always related with the RJ model? I have the 1982 XJ650RJ seca with the YICS motor, and Im not sure wich chart to pick and what is the recommended clearance.
    Thanks!!

All of the service manuals have that error. The comments above are correct, and the clearances can also be found on the sticker inside of the left side-cover.
