Valve cover/top pan removal

    Anyone know if I can pull the cover off a 85 XJ750x with engine still in the frame. Tanks already off gone out for paint, noticed the gasket is cracked a little was going to replace it. Might even send it out to get it chromed while it’s off.

    yes you can remove valve cover with motor in place.
