Valves clearance for Maxim-X

    Hi can somebody can tell me what is the specs for valves clearance on 1985 Maxim-x 750

    On the Hayes manual of FZ750 the said

    Intake: 0.11-0.20 mm (004-008)
    Exhaust: 0.21-0.30 mm (0.008-0.012)

    same for maxim x from the factory service manual. if you are thinking of doing it and have any intention of say painting/powder coating the frame, wait until the engine is out of the frame to do them. They are a royal pain to do while the engine is in the bike.

    If so why the pad 190 measurement is 4.12 is not suppose to be 1.90 mm ???
