Thought I'd keep separate threads !

The lean carb also has the same fuel level as the other three. Possible reasons for 'too lean' that occur to me are :-
    - blocked idle jet
    - blocked main jet
    - diaphragm not seated correctly so needle valve not lifting

    Any other [ossibles ?

(How about someone experienced posting a sticky with reasons for too rich or too lean ? I'm guessing each list would be about 20 items long, which seems manageable.)

Easiest reason for lean mixture across all carbs would be no air filter in the air box.
