Well, I just broke down and ordered set of Vessel JIS screwdrivers. 8 screwdrivers including the impact screwdriver. $83 delivered. I've never paid that much for a set of screwdrivers in my life. Hope it's worth it. I haven't checked, but I'm hoping my Hondas use JIS screws. Anyone know?

If it was made in Japan, or under license from a Japanese company, it has JIS screws.

I have a vessel set with the impact and love it. A bit pricey but has lasted many bikes and years.

Thanks. I love Japanese bikes so I'm glad to know all of them are JIS. Glad to know you like them. I saw some less expensive JIS screwdrivers but based on comments like yours I spent the extra money. These will have there own tool box. Happy screwing--did I really say that? :)

You only need them to work one time on each screw; back 'em out, bin 'em and replace with allens all around...

Now that he's spent 83 bux on the drivers, that seems unlikely. More likely that he'll become the new JIS guru, bragging about how he still has the original screws on all his bikes!
Maybe a new mounting system on his XJ to show/use the prized tools at all the carb clinics/rallies.

Since I now have 5 Japanese bikes, a professional set of screwdrivers at $83 is much cheaper than replacing all the screws, not to mention the time and effort involved. And yes, I do like good tools.

For the Canadian members, they now carry these on a "trial" basis at some princess auto stores. Haven't got my own yet but will be soon.
