    Do not limit yourself to the seca 550 motor, any of the FJ, FZ or radian 600 models will work. Just make sure to get the carbs with them if you can. If not you will have to go thru some jetting problems if you stay with the stock airbox. Come to think of it you might need to go with K&n pods if you go that route... But then again you might get away with running the stock carbs, just going up in jet sizes.. If I remember correctly the FJ600 ran two MM larger in dia while the FZ used the same size carbs as the seca 550 just different jetting.
    Do not use the seca2 engines since they will not fit nor any of the FZR motors that are water cooled. They will not bolt in. The Seca2 motors have the cylinders that are canted forward and the FZR engines are water cooled.
    Hope that helps and doesnt confuse you that much 8O a few Blue moons help me get confused :D
