I'm looking for a front fender for my 82 650 Seca. A stock painted silver one in good condition. Would also be interested in a chrome one from a seca 550.

Also looking for a headlight bracket (the 'claw' that the headlight and turn signals mount to).

Let me know if you have one or spot one!

    thx

I have 2 semi decent 650 fenders that are chrome. both have one dent, I can take some pics and post them later.

On the 650 SECA, the original headlight is an 8" unit unique to that bike and the XV920R here in the States. That "mounting claw" won't fit the more common 7" headlight shell found on the 550s, 650 and later 750 Maxims, etc.

Unless you've got an 8" shell and reflector/lens unit, you'll need more than just that mounting "structure" for a 650 Seca.

As for fenders, a 650 Maxim fender won't work on a 650 Seca, it will sit funny due to the differences in the forks. OP is correct in that the 650 Seca and 550 Seca fenders are exactly the same except for finish and fit "correctly." Only the '81 550 Seca came with a chrome front fender; but they sure do look sexy on the 650R.
