Haynes manual says these rubber stoppers are "blanking covers" with corresponding clips. One of mine is missing, should I be worried about it?

Sorry about the blurry picture, guess I was a little close.

The one that is missing is supposed to be missing. You small hose from the petcock connects on there. Yes it is something to worry about. Just plug the hose back in. Simple solution.
If your petcock is connected to another one the simply put a piece of hose on there with a screw that fits firmly in the end on there.

Those all need to be "Blocked-off"
One gets "Blocked-off" by providing Vacuum to the Petcock.

If you put-on one of those Non-Vacuum Operated Petcocks ... you need to "Block-off" that Vacuum Port; too.

Un-blocked off will be a Major AIR Leak and cause the motorbike to run real funny.

No, those aren't rubber stoppers. They're condoms for midgets.

    /Wait, what?
//Was that wrong? Should I not have said that?

If those aren't all on your bike won't run very good. You will be sucking way to much air into your engine and will probablly end up flooding it all the time trying to keep it running..

I'd make a Banjo Bolt to fit the YICS Passage and do the NOS through there!
