    The guy put a picture if what he thought was "close enough" to his bike. It turned out to be a 82 750 maxim in pretty bad shape. the seat was gaff taped together and the side covers were missing. The headlight was cracked. It had no power. It started up and ran but had no torque. I figured the compression wasn't up to par or could have been just the carbs needing rebuilding. Not a bad price still but I left her there. Oh well. Only wasted 3 hours of this beautiful 4th of July morning.

    Some nice features on it too.
    The Spoked Wheels look like they are in fine condition.

    You'll have to learn the Old School Technique of "Setting the Points"
    But, it will be worth it.
    If all the fun isn't used-up. Grab it.

    indeed, the Pamco is mighty popular in the XS650 crowd. even without the kit though points are a breeze. no reason to be scared off a good deal by them.
