Should I lube and if yes, what's the best kind to use on the carburator constant volicity pistons? I've polished them. They pass the clunk test. I applied silicone grease to my diaphragms.
I know I sound a little silly but I've come this far and dont want to do more harm than good.
    WD40 ?
    Graphite ?
    Litheum Grease ?
    Motor Oil?
    Other?

none... you do not need to lube the pistons. if they pass the clunk test, you're set.

ditto.....anything you put on there is either going to be washed away by the fuel, or have microscopic particles stick to it and gum up the works.
