These were frozen, stuck, varnished, rust, everything.

I took them apart as much as I could. Some of the brass stuff broke and chipped along the way. Needing help identifying what goes in these holes.

All holes were threaded but the old brass just chipped and broke away

What is the year and model? Were you trying to get a stock configuration? Those holes are to let precise amounts of gas and air into the engine at the right ratio. That ratio, aka the size of the brass jets that screw into those holes, is specific for most models. If you goto the XJ4ever at the top right of this forum page, then go to fuel system. You can scroll down to the jet section. Then you just find the correct sizes for the main air/fuel and pilot air/fuel. (Some bikes like the X which you don't have only have some of these as replaceable, xj4ever will reveal if this is the case for your specific bike). Good luck
