where to find a replacement part for choke lever

While replacing my choke cable I noticed that the piece the lever mounts to - the component that retains the cable in place, going into the lever, is broken. the previous owner was holding it in place with tiny zip ties. since the ties aren't there, the lever won't work properly, and adjust fuel accordingly.

Where can I find this part, or is the whole component sold as one? the closest thing I can find is part # 10M-83941-00-00 Lever starter. but I can't tell if this is the lever part or the cable housing part.

Anybody able to shed some light on this?

I have the whole assembly available if you are interested. I'll double check condition tomorrow but I know it was in operating condition when I pulled it.
