I need the front emblem on my xj750x restored. Any idea where I can get that done. Can't find a NOS replacement for it.

The one between the front forks? I can't imagine it would be too hard as a DIY project, unless its cracked in half or something.

The one for these is much smaller than the 550, 650, and 750's. it's also mounted on a metal bracket

$T2eC16V,!zUE9s38+C8+BRiRVie+Jg~~60_57.jpg Yeah the one between the forks. Looks like this. It's beyond my DIY skills. The chrome is raised and it gets chipped. Would need to be filled in then re-chromed or painted. It's small and hard to work with .

For a cheap DIY, clean it up, mask it and spray some chrome paint, then black the rest. Maybe not perfect, but who's going to see it at 75mph?

You don't need a NOS one unless you're doing a complete restoration for a trophy ..... First time out, you'll get stone and bugs thrown at it anyway----

I'll look through mine and see if I have an extra though---

No.... The two best ones are already in use ..... Even those have little nicks but they look fine a few inches away
