Thanks for the add. I actually thought I was already signed up and have pulled some great info off here. So there's a lot of the same simple info on the seca turbo. I have some issues here

So I have a 83 seca turbo. It was in rough rough shape when I got it missing half the pieces and non running. After months of eBay searching I got all the pieces tons of body work and cleaning and its starting to come together. I got it running and purring like a kitten then work sped up and I had a 6 week brake from working on it. Got the body panels painted and fitted and fired it up. Smoked like crazy. Discovered my waste gate was stuck. Pulled the turbo and it was half full of fresh oil. I figured it hadn't ran in 10 years then I took it through a few heat cycles then parked it again must have let loose a oring. Called my local diesel shop couldn't get a rebuild kit. He contacted Mitsubishi turbo company HQ and they said parts are no longer made and not available in the us. They contacted Mitsubishi Asia and got back with the same response.

So thinking of buying a eBay turbo. They have one of very close specs for only 200$. I have resources to make what I need plus. DynoPort is going to make me a custom exhaust as well. Any input on turbos. Would a little bigger spec be better or maybe smaller by a hair for quicker spooling. What would you change on yours.

Second what is the exact swap for the turbo front brake to either a r1 or r6 setup. I've heard bolth but there different. I would like a exact spelling of what parts I need. Can't find consistent info anywhere

I really need front turn signal lenses if anyone has a nice set.

Are my only real options for tires bias plys. It kinda scares me.

Thanks. I know I'm forgetting plenty more I just wanted to get this out. I have some new custom ideas flowing and would like to maybe start a build three from where I'm at. This winter it's all coming off for sand blast and powder. But I need to ride it now.

If I can get it to work here's its current status. The paint is 2014 jeep grand Cherokee SRT maximum steel. Looks great in sun and person
