wiring diagram

    Need a wiring diagram for a 82 XJ650, took apart the HL bucket and found extra wires not connected.

    I have the same bike and there are one or two single wire connections that do not have a home in the HL bucket. Is everything working? If so, I wouldn't worry too much.

    If they're the socket side of the plugs - that's normal - I think my bike has 5 of them in there. Still haven't quite figured out what most are for.
    As long as everything's working - no worries.

    What model do you have Dakotacrk? A J model? You posted year but the model would be nice just to make sure we get the right schizmo.
