Wiring Question

    I was reassembling my bike after having the seat and tank off and found a broken wire by the battery area. Nothing on my bike isnt working as far as I can tell so I was wondering if anyone knows what the wire does. Its about 14 guage or so and its yellow brown/yellow. The yellow side is broken and the other side isnt. I am just curious but like I said not affected as far as I can tell. Thanks.
