    Im looking for the following parts for my 1981 Yamaha xj550:

    A seat in good condition

    Brake cable/master cylinder cables

    Speedometer

    Front turn signals

    Hammer, there are two "flavors" of XJ550; some of those items are different between the Seca and Max... Which one do you have?

    I believe its the Maxim I literally just got this bike 2 days ago and its not running. No airbox cover or battery cover, no emblems or anything. I picked it up for 100 bucks which seems like an ok deal for what it needs to get started RIGHT? Anyways if anyone has those parts please let me know.

    "Master cylinder CABLE" makes me think it might be a 750 Seca???

    Or post the engine case serial number or the number stamped into the right side of the steering neck tube.
