XJ 550 Pod filters and an open pipe jetting settings.

    Hi Guys

    I know this has been done to death but im struggling a bit to find a rough answer.

    So my question is could an owner of an xj550 with pod filters AND an open is pipe please tell me what Jets they are running?

    I know this is a bitch to sort out but im just looking for a rough base setting to work from.

    I know itll run better with an airbox but thats going to ruin the look of the bike its running a bit lean at the moment

    Just found his does it sound about right? No mention of pilot jets


    I had K+N pods installed on mine. I have a 550 and the jets are 112.5 stock. Went up to 125 to tune the carbs in right. At first we tried 120 but still needed to go up. Went to 125 and they were perfect. But That is also running a 4 into 1. They were set up for the 4 into 1 and I just installed it.
