Where can I find some Mine Apes that fit stock risers and controls? All the apes i have seen are 1" metrics are 9/10". Thought about bending the stock buckhorns.

I have a pair of handlebars off of a Goldwing on mine. They have a 10" rise wich make them the same as mini-apes. I wanted the bars at shoulder height, so I put them on 4" risers I made. You can find a set of bars on Ebay that are the same as mine.
This photo was taken last year before I did some mods to the gauges removed the cup holder. It looks a bit better now then it did back then.

Where did you get that seat and muffler ends? That is exactly what I want.

The seat is one I made. I used an aluminum pan (old road signs are good for making these) and used some foam from another old seat for the top layer with carpet foam for the bottom layer. The I covered it with some vinyl I bought at the local fabric store (made for boat seats)
I bought the springs off Ebay (they're cheap) and fabricated an old door hinge to fasten the front to the rear tank mount (for a pivot point) It works!
The mufflers are just a pair of those shorty mufflers you can buy from JC Whitney or thru Dennis Kirk. I got them used off of an old Triumph. They sound perfect, not too loud. Just a nice low rumble. See the photo:
