XJ stickers on Maui

Just got back from Maui Monday. I didn't see any XJ's but someone sent me some stickers.



I gave one to Dale, our favorite bartender. He got a kick out of how I got them.





This one wanted to go surfing.



If you ever get to Maui stop at Cool Cats. They're not making the best burger thing up.



This place makes a good Mai Tai

Even the Tiki approves of XJ's. He is smiling, isn't he?



How fast will your bike go around the corner?



This shot is really neat I think. Taken from roughly 9500 feet just after sunrise. Notice the shadow Haleakala is casting. In the backgound are the west Maui mountains and behind that is the island of Lanai. The road up would be a blast on a bike.

From my FB pictures you might be lead to believe I need to join AA. 8O

But we did have a very good time. One of these years I'm going to rent a bike for the day. There are some awesome roads out there.

Around that neck of the woods, I'm thinking that would be Loco Moco and Spam Musubi. Biggs, if you didn't have those while you were out there... shame on you.

 

I love Loco Moco's! The Spam musubi I haven't had. I have tried Poi though. The most bland substance known to man.

Len, you must have been enjoying a Mai Tai or two. That's a rather spicy Bloody and a beer. Thanks again for the delivery!

 

Way to represent! I'd love to be in your place someday.

 

The Road to Hana would be great on a bike.....& to keep going on the backside of the island as well......however one must look out for the free roaming cattle on the road.......also the road up to the crater would be fun as well.....very twisty.....
