    WHERE ALL OF THE XJ1100 SHAFT DRIVE? Can you put an 1100 in a 550 frame?

    You can't put an 1100 in a 550 Frame.
    Why don't you put the effort into restoring the 1100.

    If you need that kind of power and speed ...
    Sell the 550 and get a Plastic Wrapped Bullet or look for a 900 to buy.

    Speaking of 900's For Sale ...
    I have a 900 you can buy right now!

    you can do anything. all it takes is metal.

    yes you can put a 1100 motor in a 550 frame with serious modifications.
