I have about 1500 miles on my front pads. And they have been squeaky the whole time. Calipers rebuilt SS lines and rebuilt master cylinder. Everything works fine just the squeak is a bit annoying. The pad were 20$ off ebay. So could that be a problem? I heard it takes time for the pads the wear in the the disk but???

Did you use high temp grease on the recommended parts? As long as the pad shim/spring and caliper retainer are properly installed then they should be in there tight and not make any noise at all.

Anything is possible with Chinese, no-name $20 pads off eBay. You might try cutting a chamfer onto the leading and trailing edges with a file, or maybe use better quality parts.

I run EBC pads on the bike with the EBC rotor and OE Yamaha pads (still available check with Len) on the bike with a Yamaha rotor. I did chamfer the Yammie pads; the EBCs were already chamfered. No issues.
